Here’s a great way to make homemade meringues from the convenience of a microwave. Only one egg and a bowl of powdered sugar are used to create these delectable sweet treats.
Once you have these two ingredients, you will need to crack the egg onto a plate and take a small cup to put over the yolk so that you can pour just the white of the egg into your bowl of powdered sugar. Then, using your hands, mix the egg white with the powdered sugar, kneading it for about 2 or 3 minutes until it forms into a large ball.
Then just pull off some small pieces to make smaller, marble sized balls and put these onto a paper towel that covers a microwavable plate. Make sure that you space them out because they will grow in size. Pop them into the microwave for only 1-2 minutes. That is it!
